We work them immediately after harvesting and preserve them rigorously in olive oil, to keep their consistency and flavor intact. Ingredients: asparagus 64%, olive oil 34%, mint, oregano, garlic, chili pepper, salt, vinegar.

Conservation methods
In a closed jar: Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and store in a cool, dry place.
