We carefully select the best asparagus, those with a soft consistency, free from alterations. We work them immediately after harvesting and preserve them rigorously in olive oil, to keep their consistency and flavor intact. Ingredients: asparagus 64%, olive oil 34%, mint, oregano, garlic, chili pepper, salt, vinegar.
Acidity regulator: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid, lactic acid.
Heat treatment: pasteurization.

Conservation methods
In a closed jar: Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and store in a cool, dry place.
With an open jar: After opening the jar, store the product in the fridge and consume it within a few days.
