The Balsamic of Sicily reserve gold in barrel, selected by the Cascina Italiana Taste of Italy is the result of 41 years of research and experimentation on dozens and dozens of reserves. It is produced with the same Soleras method used to age the renowned Marsala wine: the result is a unique blend of its kind, thus making it the only natural Sicilian balsamic that differs between 12, 33, or 41 rackings. The Oro reserve vinegar has a slightly sweetish flavor and a characteristic dark brown color. A natural, fat-free product, scented and with pleasant aromatic notes.
It is a rare piece also useful for furnishing your tavern, restaurant, or trattoria.
