Ideal to accompany appetizers, to fill canapés, to enrich sauces, or to season first courses. Ingredients: chili pepper 93%, olive oil, salt, vinegar. Acidity regulator: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
Shelf life: 24 months from the date of production.
Conservation method:
In a closed jar: avoid direct exposure to sunlight and store in a cool, dry place.
With an open jar: after opening the jar, store the product in the fridge and consume it within a few days. Always ensure that the olive oil covers the product.
