Acidity regulator : citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid
Heat treatment: pasteurization.
Packaging: glass jar.
Transport temperature: ambient.
Storage temperature: room.
Shelf life: 24 months from the production date.
Conservation methods: In a closed jar: Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and store in a cool, dry place.
With an open jar: After opening the jar, store the product in the fridge and consume it within a few days.
Always make sure the olive oil covers the product.
