Our oil selected by Cascina Italiana Taste of Italy is the result of cold pressing of olives grown organically in the Sicilian territory and within 48 hours of harvesting. A cultivation that slavishly follows the biological cycle of the plant, as Sicilian tradition dictates. We are located in the Belice Valley at an altitude of 200 to 400 meters above sea level. The olives are harvested by hand and processed shortly afterward in our plants to obtain a product with excellent organoleptic properties and high digestibility. To be used raw or in the preparation of the most varied dishes, the oil is suitable for adults and children and brings with it the typical aromas of our districts.
