This jar in olive oil is made from freshly harvested green courgettes, which are delicately grilled and seasoned to enhance the flavor and aroma of this summer vegetable.
Preserved in olive oil, they are ideal as a side dish, to accompany second courses of meat or fish. Ingredients: courgettes 64%, olive oil 34%, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, salt, vinegar. Acidity regulator : citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Shelf life: 24 months from the production date.
Storage methods:
In a closed jar: Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and store in a cool, dry place.
With an open jar: After opening the jar, store the product in the fridge and consume it within a few days.
Always make sure the olive oil covers the product.
